Clean-San is a mildly alkaline powder suitable for all sanitation presoaking and de-staining applications in the food processing and hospitality industries.
 
SANITATION: Dissolve 20 grams per litre. Solutions should be made up daily. 
PRESOAK AND DESTAINNING: To remove deposits from glasses, jug, coffee pots, 
teapots, Nip pourers, refrigerators, beer drains, and ice cream machines: Dissolve 30 grams per litre of water. Replace solutions regularly.
