Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Powder, BP) is a product used in cleaning, baking and 
neutralising acidity or alkalinity. 
It is often used to clean up battery terminals that look similar to the picture shown.
Just dilute a tablespoon with 1 cup of warm water and pour it over the terminal while agitating with a soft brush.
