A strong alcohol with a variety of uses including use as a no rinse sanitiser under the following conditions.
 
Use Neat.
 
MPI Approved C 42 Sanitiser (All animal product except dairy) 
The sanitiser can be used in large processing rooms only if all food, edible products, and food-contact packaging are removed (or fully separated), with no risk of contamination.
No rinsing is needed after use on clean hard surfaces.
Food-contact surfaces must be well drained before production resumes.
Higher concentrations may be used on non-food contact areas (floors, walls, ceilings) if there’s no contamination risk.
If these conditions aren’t met, a water rinse is required.
